We support cyclists with a friendly return policy and try to help you in all cases.

If you receive a product with damaged packaging from a courier partner, do not receive it, so that the liability does not shift to you. We will handle returns and exchanges for all the items that come to you with intact packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case of

  • Functioning defect (eg – pump not working), email us within 7 days and get a refund/exchange.
  • The wrong item is received, email us within 48 hrs and get a refund/exchange.
  • Damaged item (missing/broken part), email us within 48 hrs and get a refund/exchange.
  • Size issue, email us within 48 hours and get an exchange. If the desired size is not available then get store credit. Size is considered wrong if it does not match the description on the site. Read the size chart carefully before ordering. Only in case, a wrong size has been sent we accept returns. We do not accept returns if the product sent is of the correct size as mentioned while ordering but doesn’t fit the customer.
  • Cancellation, you may do so if it is not shipped yet and get store credit.
  • Shipped items cannot be returned unless they meet the condition below

CONDITION

Item sent back must ;

  • Have the tags still attached to the product as before
  • Have original, unripped packaging (the courier bag may be ripped)
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed

NOT VALID FOR RETURNS

  • Intimate-use items like cycling shorts, socks, Jerseys and Gloves.
  • Shimano items unless the damaged or wrong items.
  • ITEMS ON SALE/OFFER/DISCOUNT ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS IN ANY CASE.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

All refunds/exchanges/store credit etc will be processed after the item is received by us, the issue is seen as valid and the product is deemed to be in a resellable condition.

We have a strict no Cash Return Policy once sold. Only Store credit will be provided if a return is accepted.

WARRANTY

If you report an issue after 7 days of receiving the item, it will be treated as a warranty issue. You are required to contact the brand directly then or connect with their official representatives in India for direct resolution of the problem. We will offer help in this regard.

REFUND

If the product is Valid for returns we will pickup the product and once the pickup is done Refund will be processed within 24hrs to the original source of payment. Refund details will be shared with you on WhatsApp and Email.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.
This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, clothing and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, we will return it to you at your expense.
Carbon Care Wheel Loyalty Programme

At Bontrager, we stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials for Bontrager and Trek branded products. Visit your local authorised retailer to get started.

The warranty covers only Bontrager and Trek products. Any products not explicitly outlined here are omitted.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly
  • Corrosion
  • Improper maintenance
  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Labour charges for part replacement or changeover
  • Non-proprietary products (any other original part or component) covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty

This warranty applies to:
• Parts and accessories purchased after 1 August 2019.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the original date of purchase. Yellow Jersey not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by local laws. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
